Whatever you need to discuss, whatever’s worrying you, Meic listens to young people like you, and will take your concern seriously. They’re open 8am – midnight, and you can contact them by phone, e-mail, text or or online.
Drugs and Alcohol

DAN 24-7 has the facts on a wide range of drugs and other substances, including a super-handy A-Z. They also have a confidential helpline you can call.
(For over-18s only.) E-DAS is a single point of entry for anyone who feels that they have an issue with any substance in both Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan. Simply put if you feel you may need to access services to help with a substance issue, start here.

Emotional Wellbeing Service
Free, confidential for young people aged 10 – 17 in Cardiff and the Vale. Covers (but is not limted to) drugs and alcohol, sexual health and positive relationships, self-harm, criminal activity, and emotional health.
Jacob Abraham Foundation
1-2-1 counselling, advice and support for anyone struggling with suicidal thoughts.
